"Love in the Time of Cholera" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez
Anything written by Marguez is likely to read like a dream. I find everything from his hand akin to gliding through a trance. Love in the time of Cholera follows two, some might call them, star-crossed lovers through the majority of their lives as they move from inseperable to alienated and by the end, together at last and wholly satisfied by the way their lives fit together.
I could live without the story, the plot is, in no way, unique but, the way in chich Marquez writes is inimitable and I can't fathom a more enriching read.
